Why this page exists

Built for how your home actually runs

A house that sits for six or seven months in Southwest Florida humidity does not simply pause. Dust settles on every horizontal surface, air goes stale, and drains and traps need running before the place feels lived in again.

Seasonal owners in Corkscrew Shores, Wildcat Run, The Preserve and Corkscrew Estates mostly want the same three things: a house that is ready the day they land, steady upkeep while they are in residence, and a proper close-up before they head north.

We build that as one plan with one quote so you are not arranging it in pieces from a thousand miles away.

Sounds like you?

  • You're here for part of the year and away the rest
  • Dust, humidity and stale air greet you on arrival
  • You want the house ready the day you land
  • You'd like someone local keeping an eye on things
  • Coordinating from up north is a hassle every year
  • You want one quote covering the whole season

The short list

7 things a seasonal cleaning plan takes off your plate

The difference between arriving to a house and arriving home. Here is what our seasonal owners stop worrying about.

  1. 01

Arrival day feels like a hotel, not a project

The pre-arrival clean is timed to your flight, not to a convenient day for us. Floors, baths, kitchen, linens and fresh air done in the days before you land, so the first evening is dinner out rather than unpacking into dust.

  2. 02

Off-season dust and humidity get handled properly

A closed house builds a fine layer everywhere and a stale smell that a candle does not fix. Wiping down surfaces, running water through traps and airing the place out is what actually makes it feel lived in from hour one.

  3. 03

Someone local sees the house before you do

We are inside the home before your arrival, so a ceiling stain, an AC problem, a leaking supply line or pest activity gets flagged while there is still time to get a tradesperson out — not discovered by you at 10pm on arrival night.

  4. 04

In-season upkeep runs without you organizing it

Weekly, biweekly or monthly visits while you are in residence, on a set day, with the same cleaner. Guests and family passing through are the norm in season, and the house keeps up with them.

  5. 05

The close-up clean protects the house

Food residue, damp linens and a dirty kitchen are what turn a closed house into a problem by July. A thorough end-of-season clean means nothing sits and settles for half a year.

  6. 06

One plan, one quote, one contact

Pre-arrival, in-season and close-up quoted together before you fly down. No coordinating three separate services across a time zone or wondering whether anyone is booked.

  7. 07

    Next season it's already arranged

Once we know your pattern, we carry it forward. Send us your dates each year and everything else stays in place — no re-explaining the house, no starting over with a new company.

What fits best

The services we'd recommend

Pre-arrival clean

Before arrival

Timed to your flight — floors, baths, kitchen, linens, dusting and fresh air, with a note on anything in the home that needs your attention.

In-season recurring

While in residence

Weekly, biweekly or monthly upkeep for the months you're in residence, on a set day with the same cleaner each visit.

Close-up deep clean

Before departure

A thorough end-of-season clean — appliance interiors, baths, linens, floors — so nothing sits and settles while you're north.

Good to know

Questions we get from seasonal owners

How far in advance should we book the pre-arrival clean?

Two to three weeks is comfortable, and earlier is better for December and January arrivals — that is the busiest stretch of the year in these communities. Send your dates as soon as you book the flights.

Can you check on the house while we're away?

We are a cleaning company rather than a full property-watch service, but we can schedule periodic visits during the off-season and we will always report anything that looks wrong while we are inside.

How do you get in when we're not in Florida?

Gate access is already arranged with these associations. For the home itself, most owners give us a code or leave a key with the association or a neighbor. Whatever you already have set up usually works.

Do you make the beds and handle linens before we arrive?

Yes, on request. If linens have been stored for the off-season we will wash and make the beds so the first night is comfortable. Just tell us where they are kept.
