Why this page exists
Built for how your home actually runs
Villas in Stoneybrook, Magnolia and Venice plans in Verdana Village, condos at Wildcat Run and The Preserve — right-sized homes that still eat a full weekend morning if you do them properly.
Cleaning a 1,400 to 2,200 square foot home well is not a small job, it is just a smaller version of a big one. Two bathrooms with hard-water glass, tile throughout, a lanai that collects everything, and a kitchen you actually cook in.
We price these homes for what they are instead of applying a big-house rate, and we schedule around a working week so you come home to it already done.
Sounds like you?
- ✓You're in a villa, condo or right-sized single-family home
- ✓Long work days leave little appetite for deep cleaning
- ✓You entertain and want the place ready without a scramble
- ✓Biweekly upkeep feels like the right cadence
- ✓You'd rather not be home while it happens
- ✓You want one flat number, not an hourly meter running
The short list
7 reasons biweekly cleaning is the sweet spot for couples
Two-person households in the Corkscrew corridor almost always land on the same cadence. Here is why it works so well at this size of home.
- 01
Two weeks is exactly how long a small home holds
Weekly is more than most couples need and monthly lets bathrooms and floors slip past easy maintenance. At fourteen days a right-sized home is still recoverable with a normal visit, which keeps the price down and the result consistent.
- 02
You stop negotiating chores
The quiet friction of who did the bathrooms last simply disappears. It is a small thing until it is gone, and it is the reason most couples tell us they should have started sooner.
- 03
Hard water never gets a foothold
Shower glass and chrome in Lee County cloud quickly. On a biweekly rhythm it wipes off with standard products. Skip to every other month and it becomes an acid-treatment job that costs more and risks the finish.
- 04
Entertaining stops being an event
Friends over Friday, family passing through on the way to Naples — when the baseline is high, hosting means opening a bottle rather than blocking off Thursday night to catch up on the house.
- 05
The price is predictable
You get a flat rate for your home and your frequency. No hourly clock, no surprise line items. Add-ons like the oven, fridge or interior windows only appear when you specifically ask for them.
- 06
Nobody has to be home
Most of our couples give us a gate code and a door code and never see us. You leave for work with the house lived-in and come back to it reset — the whole point of paying for it.
- 07
It flexes with your calendar
Travelling for two weeks, hosting for a month, slammed at work — skip, add or shift a visit without a contract or a penalty. We just ask for enough notice to reoffer the slot.

Good to know
Questions we get from couples & professionals
Is a villa or condo cheaper than a single-family home?
Yes. We price by home size, layout and frequency rather than a flat community rate, so a 1,400 square foot villa is meaningfully less than a 3,000 square foot single-family plan on the same schedule.
Do you need a deep clean before starting recurring visits?
Usually, if the home has not been professionally cleaned in a while. It is a one-time cost that makes every visit after it faster and better. If the home is already in good shape, we will tell you to skip it.
Can you clean while we're at work?
That is how most of our couples do it. Give us gate and door access and we handle it during the day. We confirm each completed visit so you always know we have been.
What if we want to move from biweekly to weekly before guests?
Just tell us. We can add one-off visits between your regular ones and quote them individually — no change to your ongoing schedule or rate.
