Cleaner wiping down a family kitchen in an Estero home

Who we serve · Estero, FL

Cleaning for busy families

School runs, sports schedules, sandy floors and a dog that sheds. We keep the house steady between all of it.

  • Same cleaner every visit
  • Kid- and pet-friendly products
  • Eight Corkscrew Road communities

Why this page exists

Built for how your home actually runs

Family homes along Corkscrew Road get used hard. Lanai doors open a hundred times a day, tile tracks pool water and pond sand, and the kitchen resets itself about every four hours. Keeping up is not a skill problem — it is a time problem.

We clean only in the eight gated communities along this stretch of Corkscrew Road, so we already know the Summerville, Creekview, Sorrento and Stonewater layouts, we already have gate access sorted, and we can quote your home without a walkthrough.

The goal is simple: you stop losing Saturday mornings to floors and bathrooms, and the house stays at a level you would be happy for a neighbor to walk into unannounced.

Sounds like you?

  • Weeknights are full and the kitchen never quite stays clean
  • Kids, pets and lanai doors mean floors take a beating
  • You'd rather spend Saturday at the pool than mopping tile
  • You want the same trusted person in your home each visit
  • Nobody in the house agrees on whose turn the bathrooms are
  • Guests coming means a two-hour panic clean

The short list

7 things that change when a busy family hires a local cleaner

Not the brochure version — the actual differences families in Corkscrew Shores, Verdana Village and The Place tell us about after a month or two.

  1. 01

    Saturday morning comes back

The single biggest change is not the house — it is the weekend. The three or four hours that used to go to floors, bathrooms and catching up on the kitchen turn back into the pool, the ballfield or nothing at all. Most families say this pays for the service by itself.

  2. 02

The kitchen stops being the family battleground

When counters, sink, stovetop and floors get reset on a known schedule, the daily maintenance in between is small. Wiping down after dinner is a five-minute job instead of the start of a bigger one nobody wants to own.

  3. 03

Sand, pool water and pet hair stop compounding

Tile and LVP in these homes hide fine sand until it dulls the finish. Regular vacuuming and proper damp mopping — not just a swipe with a wet pad — keeps grout lines from going gray and keeps hair out of baseboard corners where it collects.

  4. 04

Bathrooms never reach the point of dread

Hard water in this part of Lee County builds fast on glass and fixtures. Cleaned on a weekly or biweekly rhythm, showers stay clear with normal products. Left for two months, they need scrubbing that borders on restoration work.

  5. 05

You can host on short notice

Grandparents in town, a last-minute team dinner, a neighbor stopping by — when the baseline is already good, getting guest-ready is putting away shoes and lighting a candle, not a frantic two-hour sweep before the doorbell.

  6. 06

    One person learns your house

You get the same background-checked cleaner each visit. They learn that the playroom needs extra time, that the guest bath can be light, that the dog stays in the primary bedroom. You stop re-explaining your home to a new face every few weeks.

  7. 07

    The house holds its value

Grout, glass, cabinet faces, stainless and lanai screens all age faster under neglect than under use. Consistent cleaning is the cheapest maintenance a Southwest Florida home gets, and it shows when it eventually goes on the market.

Good to know

Questions we get from families

Do we need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most families give us a gate code and a door code, and we clean while everyone is at school and work. If you would rather be home the first visit to walk through preferences, that is completely fine too.

Are the products safe for kids and pets?

Yes. We use low-odor, family-safe products as our default and keep everything sealed and out of reach while we work. If you have specific products you prefer for your surfaces, we will use yours instead.

What if the house is a disaster the day you come?

That is normal, and it is not a problem. We do a light pick-up of surfaces as part of the visit. If a room is genuinely unusable — a full playroom floor, for example — we clean around it and mention it rather than move your family's things.

Can we skip a week during travel or a busy stretch?

Yes. There are no contracts. Skip a visit, pause for the summer, or move to monthly and back again. Just give us a heads-up so we can offer your slot to someone else that week.
