Weekly or Biweekly Cleaning: Which Fits Your Home?
A simple way to choose a cleaning rhythm that matches your household instead of someone else's calendar.

Look at how the house is used
Weekly cleaning often makes sense when the kitchen is busy every day, multiple bathrooms see heavy use, or kids and pets bring in sand from the pool and yard. The shorter interval keeps ordinary mess from turning into a weekend project.
For a smaller household that stays fairly tidy, biweekly visits may provide the reset you need while leaving room for light upkeep in between.
Pay attention to the trouble spots
Ask which spaces look worn first: the primary bath, high-traffic tile, kitchen counters, or lanai doors. If those areas feel overdue before the next appointment, weekly may be more comfortable. If they hold up well for two weeks, biweekly may be enough.
Adjust as your schedule changes
A cleaning plan does not have to be permanent. Hosting guests, returning for the season, or settling into a new home can change the right cadence. Start with the frequency that matches your present routine and reassess after a few visits.
A deep clean can also establish a baseline before recurring service begins. That way each visit maintains the result rather than trying to catch up on long-standing buildup.
